I cannot tell you enough how appreciative we are about our experience with renting our family's ski equipment packages with you this week (and buying some small items, too). Your equipment was great, prices were low, location was convenient, and your staff were ALL friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. At your crowded times, you all worked together like a well-oiled machine in getting people through as quickly as possible, without sacrificing service. I was also very impressed with your professionalism and integrity, as you could have rented to us an extra day when we were unaware about a change in Keystone's night ski schedule, but didn't. You were one of the few places to offer military discounts, and also gave us tips on how to save on same day lift tickets (City Market in Dillon), and recommended several places to eat in the area (we tried and liked Dos Locos).
